Ryan Bertolino

President & Creative Director

Born and raised in rural Ohio, Ryan has over 15 years of experience working in the meeting, travel, and events industry. From Los Angles to Miami, Ryan has partnered with a multitude of vendors to design and produce charity galas, red carpet events, city-wide conferences, and movie premieres with hundreds — even thousands — in attendance.

He has been recognized not only by his peers but also by ILEA and the Texas Star Awards as a local and international award winner for his event and entertainment production designs. His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies such as Bank of America and Cisco Systems to high-end fashion designers like Tom Ford and Valentino. He has also worked on major sporting events like the Super Bowl, the PGA tour, and the NBA Championships. 

When Ryan can find time away from work, you will find him spending it with his family or traveling the world.

KACY BARROW

Account Executive

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Kacy’s career in the Event Industry became her passion, she now brings her years of experience to the great State of Texas. Her ambition and adventurous spirit are apparent in all of the countless events she’s executed. Determined and creative, Kacy is always eager to exceed her clients’ expectations while bringing their visions to life through collaboration with her team and colleagues. Her professional experiences give her a clear understanding of the resources available to meet each client’s needs. She is passionate about providing the utmost level of quality and customer service to her clients and being able to put them at ease with her expertise and passion for her work. One of her core values is building long-term relationships, which she constantly accomplishes through creating memorable and excellent events. She has received praise from her peers and past clients due to her commitment and approachable character.

Away from the office, Kacy can be found exploring her community, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends!

Erin Clark

Event Coordinator

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Erin has always found pleasure in the creativity and excitement that is the meeting and events industry. She has had the pleasure over the past few years to work for a national non-profit organization, where she designed and executed events. Previous to that, she established and organized department events as a retail department manager. She is currently finishing coursework to obtain her Master’s in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Management. Her positive, outgoing attitude and cordial demeanor are apparent in the lasting impressions and relationships she makes with clients and anyone she comes in contact with. Erin enjoys intricately crafting events and seeing the finished product come to life. Clients and vendors are delighted to work with Erin because her follow-through, enthusiasm, hard work attitude, and exquisite taste cannot be matched.

Away from the office, Erin loves spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, or binge-watching a Netflix series!

Heather Flores

Financial Operations Manager

Heather is a CPA with 10 years of public and private accounting experience. She started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. She has held accounting positions at Odyssey Healthcare and 7-Eleven and returned to public accounting at Rothstein Kass. Her industry experience includes financial services, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Her accounting experience includes preparation and audits of financial statements, month-end close, accounts payable, account reconciliations, and business contract review. Heather earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance at Texas A&M University, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Sam Jacobson

Business Development Manger

Sam’s passion is working with creative entrepreneurs to solve the biggest problems they face. With 15 years of on-the-ground experience booking hundreds of weddings, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, strategizing growth-hacker marketing programs, supervising hundreds of employees, and creating pricing strategies, Sam has morphed into a Swiss army knife for small businesses. He’s able to provide a compelling vision and step-by-step roadmap for clients to get results that matter, so they can get back to enjoying what they love most about their work.

Susie Green

Financial Operations Associate

Susie is a CPA with over a decade of experience across various industries. With skills spanning the full range of accounting systems and services, Susie brings expertise in complex accounting and taxation situations, financial statement preparation and presentation, and client and customer service. Susie lives in the east Dallas area, along with her husband, three young sons, and three dogs.

In her spare time, she enjoys life in the country, football, reading, baking, and volunteering on the committee of her son’s Cub Scout pack.
