**Ideal Candidate will have proven track record of 2+ years in administrative and/or sales in the Events, Hospitality or Hotel Industry** 

Primary Duties: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for daily administrative and sales work to support a group of team members in their Sales and Marketing efforts. This person will also assist with developing, coordinating and executing client meetings and events. The person in this position will spend time on assisting in the office with sales and marketing efforts to close potential business, nurturing prospects throughout the inquiry process, administrative work and much more!

Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM platforms and Social tables is preferred. Strong comprehensive knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth area is preferred.

The person working in this position will work an irregular schedule, including some nights and weekends as well as potential travel outside of Texas; work in and out of an office environment; and may direct temporary workers during programs.
