**Ideal Candidate will have proven track record of 2+ years in administrative and/or sales in the Events, Hospitality or Hotel Industry**
Primary Duties: The Event Coordinator is responsible for daily administrative, sales work and operations work to support a group of team members in their Sales, Marketing and Event efforts. This individual will need to excel in a fast-paced, energetic work environment where meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations is the goal. This person will be asked to apply their creativity and energy into client proposals and event designs.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Creative Writing Skills, Ability to multitask and manage time and social tables is preferred. Strong comprehensive knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth area is preferred.

The person working in this position will spend a lot of time in the office but will be requested at times to help on site when needed. There is a possibility of an irregular work schedule, including some nights and weekends.
