Hosted every year in Austin, Texas, the DCAC-Live conference is an annual multi-day conference for the data center industry with over 500+ guests in attendance. When the conference decided to take their meetings, concert, and events to the next level, they called Event Mechanics Co. Guests were treated to hand-rolled cigars, straight razor shaves, LED dancing robots, and more.
Rock-themed décor, themed neon, lounge furniture vignettes, and dynamic audio/visual designs transformed this concert hall for night one’s concert with the famous Austin Spazmatics Band. Event Mechanics Co. provided full event production services, audio/visual design, themed event design, entertainment design, and full event management of the conference, equating to a wildly successful conference.
