As guests wondered the event floor, they first enjoyed a wintery outdoor setting complete with a ski simulator, an immersive chairlift photo opportunity, a custom snowy dance floor and more. Audio Visual and special effects included snowflake projections, uplighting and downlighting, intelligent lighting and faux snow machines. After exploring the great outdoors, it was time for our guests to warm up next to our custom fabricated lodge fireplace, but first, they must enter through the 34’ long ski lodge entry piece that led everyone into the luxurious Ski Chalet. Once in the chalet, there was plenty to see and do; from relaxing on the curated lodge furnishings complete with faux pelts and charming rustic accents, playing their hand at the casino tables or getting your photo taken and printed on a marshmallow at our custom built Hot Cocoa and Selfie Marshmallow Bar, to enjoying the leather branding station or two stepping on the dance floor with none other than National Recording Country Music Artist, Jack Ingram on the main stage!” The Food & Beverage stations for this event were all custom designed and hand-crafted by our master carpenters and designers and make a huge impact to the already stunning event space. This was a first for our clients to host a holiday party of this magnitude, but they all can’t wait to make this celebration a yearly occurrence!
