Event Mechanics Co. had the pleasure of teaming up with The Life Coach School on behalf of well-known Life Coach Master, Brooke Castillo, to transform a conference area in the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West to accommodate a 2-Day Mastermind Workshop for 450 attendees. Guests were surrounded by a scenic stage design, rose wall, and other elegant elements!
Our team was able to transform this space by providing full production services inclusive of sound, lighting, video, a scenic stage design with custom fabricated backdrop, all-white stage façade with LED stripe and accented with lush florals. When guests entered, they were greeted by a custom branded registration desk, retractible signage, and a fresh rose wall that had over 2,500 blooms. Overall, the use of audio and visual production in collaboration with custom dećor provided a great atmosphere for attendees at this workshop!
