Event Mechanics Co. was called by Toyota to help host their annual sales meeting at their beautiful headquarters facility in Plano, Texas. Event Mechanics Co provided audiovisual and set design services to create a “talk show” format for the meeting. Event Mechanics Co. also provided lighting design, furniture rentals, and staging, and assisted with designing a floorplan appropriate for the 350-person gathering.
