Event Mechanics Co. was called by Toyota to help host their annual sales meeting located at their beautiful headquarters facility in Plano, Texas. Event Mechanics Co provided audio/visual and set design services to create a “talk show” format for the meeting. Event Mechanics Co. also provided lighting design, furniture rentals, and staging, and assisted with designing a floorplan appropriate for the 350-person gathering.
