Event Mechanics Co. collaborated with a pharmaceutical company to create a Winter Wonderland Holiday party everyone was sure to remember! Attendees entered the ballroom level of the Omni Frisco hotel and were immediately immersed by the sounds of the Dallas String Quartet filled the room as Magician, Brian Masters strolled the party entertaining guests with his sleight of hand.
After arriving and being wowed by a 16’ Wide Geode Header with custom graphics leading them into cocktails, the doors to the ballroom opened to the magical winter wonderland transformation and each guest was handed a glass of champagne. Hues of whites, blues and metallic filled the space and accented the beautiful white dance floor, wintery centerpieces, and silver branch tables. The showstopper of the evening was the oversized crystal chandelier hung above a 360-degree bar flanked by crystal beaded drape. As the night went on, guests were found testing their luck at the casino tables and busting a move on the dance floor. IDT Band played some of the top classics and top forties and the dance floor was never empty.
